Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage natural resources and environmental permitting projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • •Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • •Coordinate field assessments, sampling programs, and report preparation for natural resources assessments.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • •Identify new business opportunities by preparing proposals, leading presentations, and building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in ecology, natural resources, environmental engineering, environmental planning, or a related discipline (MS preferred) and 10+ years of related experience.
  • •Proven success in client development and business growth within the environmental consulting industry.
  • •Strong understanding of federal and state environmental permitting (e.g., CWA Section 404/401) and/or NEPA requirements.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, including technical report writing and proposal development.
  • •Valid driver’s license with flexibility to travel to project sites as needed.
