Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical lead across the Software Development Life Cycle, owning technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform, fault-tolerant systems.
  • •Continuously improve software engineering developer experience by identifying gaps in internal frameworks and tools.
  • •Establish engineering best practices and standards, including code review standards.
  • •Own architecture using High Level Design (HLD) methodology and provide technical support to ensure standards are met.
  • •Mentor junior and intermediate associates and provide guidance using engineering best practices and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of hands-on development experience, preferably using Java, Python, Go, or other object-oriented languages.
  • •At least 6 years of experience with application and/or data design, architecture, and development.
  • •Experience with AWS (highly preferred) or other cloud products like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
  • •Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior/intermediate associates and stakeholders.
  • •Experience leading the full life-cycle of software development (preferred: 8+ years) and working in an agile environment.
