Key Responsibilities

  • •Design AI-native information architecture and knowledge flows so the right people know the right things at the right time across teams and geographies.
  • •Build and run the company operating cadence, including weekly and quarterly business reviews, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Increase founder leverage by owning founder priorities, filtering what reaches them, and driving priorities to completion.
  • •Run investor relations by owning investor update cadence and quality as the company scales.
  • •Create scalable communication and decision-making infrastructure, identify cross-team misalignment early, and turn repeated patterns into operating systems.

  • •Have built something yourself and operated inside a fast-scaling company, understanding what breaks as organizations grow.
  • •Have been in a chief of staff, strategy, or senior ops role at a high-growth startup/scaleup, ready to own operating systems end to end.
  • •Be deeply AI-native and able to share the systems and prompts behind how you work to build an AI-powered company.
  • •Think in systems: find patterns, build processes, and remove bottlenecks by creating repeatable mechanisms.
  • •Communicate sharply—write clearly, synthesize fast, and represent founders credibly to investors or operators with discretion.
