Operate and monitor multiple dryer and packaging systems to ensure product uniformity and meet Kerry quality standards. Adjust equipment during runs, respond when color/texture/smell/foreign material deviate, and perform sampling and required lab submissions. Maintain accurate records, run CIP cleaning activities per sanitation schedules, and support continuous improvement for safety, quality, service, and cost goals—working the 12-hour night shift schedule onsite.
