Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business goals into multi-sprint engineering plans, capacity forecasts, and measurable outcomes for assigned squads.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery across backend, frontend, and integrations; ensure performance, resiliency, maintainability, and SDLC rigor.
  • •Enforce engineering governance and platform guardrails, including coding standards, security, data/privacy practices, and release governance.
  • •Use observability (logs, metrics, traces) to prevent incidents and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Lead and grow engineers and leads by setting goals, coaching, conducting reviews, supporting hiring/onboarding/retention, and mentoring through development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •PMP or Agile program management certification required; TOGAF certification preferred.
  • •9–12 years of progressive engineering experience with 2–4 years leading teams, squads, or projects in enterprise environments.
  • •Proven delivery across backend, frontend, and integration streams with production ownership.
  • •Solid grasp of microservices/service-oriented patterns, APIs, SDLC rigor, and hands-on CI/CD and observability practices.
