Provide functional HR generalist support for the Authentication Center by partnering with HR leadership and managers to improve HR service center processes, advise on performance and employee relations matters, and help drive organizational effectiveness. Lead investigations into misconduct and policy violations, guide disciplinary and ADA interactive process steps, run exit interviews and trend summaries, and maintain confidential records while supporting local engagement and recognition programs.

•Support organizational design and effectiveness for client groups and provide performance management guidance to drive a high-performance culture.
•Partner on development and implementation of short- and long-term organizational strategies aligned to business objectives.
•Guide management and employees on disciplinary actions, performance reviews, ADA interactive process, and conflict management.
•Provide interpretation of policy and training to mitigate risk across the organization.
•Investigate allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and/or policy violations; conduct exit interviews and summarize findings and trends.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Human Resources/People Resources experience providing functional HR generalist support in a fast-paced organization.
•Ability to respond rapidly and accurately to highly confidential and sensitive requests.
•Proven ability to prioritize, deliver quality work, and achieve results in a deadline-driven environment.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence internal partners at all levels.
•Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication, including experience creating reports and presenting data.
