  • •Guide and enhance the professional growth of engineers while managing performance.
  • •Collaborate with leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and other engineering teams to ensure influential product functionalities.
  • •Partner with Product, Platform, SRE and QE to deliver end-to-end solutions with high availability and reliability.
  • •Shape the team roadmap with product management, define workstreams and improve discovery/delivery processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years experience in an Engineering Manager or technical leadership role, guiding both projects and teams. This includes ownership of end-to-end initiatives and people management.
  • •Advanced technical expertise, equivalent to staff engineer level in software engineering.
  • •Proven experience with technologies such as Go, Java Spring Boot, Angular, Microfrontend architecture, Postgres, and microservices architecture.
  • •Proven experience with cloud technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • •Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with agile methodologies for daily team organization.
