Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 12+ years of relevant experience (or equivalency), including 4 years of leadership.
  • •Experience in business development across market sectors including Healthcare, Education, Municipal, and State Governments (and others).
  • •Growth experience with significant PMCM and Program Management awards.
  • •Demonstrated P&L ownership including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance.
  • •Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program/project/construction management awards.
