Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the senior in-house design voice for Docker’s brand, stewarding and evolving the visual system consistently across Marketing, Product, and beyond.
•Own the end-to-end design of docker.com and adjacent marketing surfaces, including information architecture, page layouts, interaction patterns, and responsive visual treatment.
•Lead the marketing design system in Figma (components, patterns, tokens) and partner with Product Design to keep brand and product expression coherent.
•Set and raise the craft bar across Marketing by reviewing other designers’ work and giving meaningful feedback.
•Design and implement AI-assisted creative workflows and build supporting systems (prompt libraries, asset pipelines), plus conduct lightweight UX work for marketing goals.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of design experience across brand, visual, and web, with a track record at staff or principal level for SaaS/developer tools or technical products.
•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•Strong portfolio showing brand systems applied across surfaces, including illustration, web design at scale, and motion (3D/video a plus).
•Experience leading work as the senior in-house design voice when collaborating with external partners, agencies, and contractors.
•Demonstrated fluency with generative AI as part of a real creative workflow, with the ability to keep a human point of view and build shareable workflows.
