Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the integrated long-range operations plan with a five-year horizon
  • •Translate volume forecasts, growth plans, and strategic objectives into operational requirements
  • •Collaborate with production and continuous improvement/CORE teams to build the manufacturing roadmap
  • •Coordinate with procurement to integrate supplier strategies and capabilities into the long-term plan
  • •Monitor eCARs and strategic action plans, create executive dashboards/KPIs, and prepare recommendations for the executive committee

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
