Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements and business processes.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements with Agile team members and VA stakeholders.
  • •Develop BRDs, FRS/RSDs, process flows, and well-written user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
  • •Support Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming (dependencies, business rules, preparing work items) and maintain requirements traceability.
  • •Support UAT and release readiness, collaborating with development and QA to ensure requirements are implemented and validated.
