  • •Conduct daily performance tracking and detailed analysis to identify content opportunities and optimizations.
  • •Translate observations into clear, timely editorial SEO recommendations and best practices for newsroom teams.
  • •Lead the weekend report off-platform priorities across key platforms, and help plan signature enterprise stories and priority projects.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in social media, SEO, or digital journalism for a news organization.
  • •Excellent news and editorial judgment with exceptional editing skills.
  • •Proven track record identifying real-time coverage opportunities using internal data and external audience signals.
  • •Consistent experience running social accounts and/or search optimization in a hands-on editor role and in a supervisory role.
