Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full visibility of COO functional KPIs across functions and markets; surface risks and opportunities early and drive turnaround when metrics deviate.
  • •Lead OKR and budgeting cycles, tracking performance, analyzing variances, flagging risks in advance, and enabling financial planning governance and process improvements.
  • •Translate vision into executable annual/multi-year strategic plans and lead integrated business planning (strategy to budget to OKRs to roadmaps) with operating cadence.
  • •Define company KPIs, monitor initiative progress, align business units, and support COO with board/executive reporting.
  • •Lead cross-functional special projects across Regional, Local, and P&T, managing stakeholder complexity and driving execution from senior leadership to ground level; lead AI adoption within performance teams to replace manual reporting and accelerate analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or performance management (ideally in tech or fast-paced consumer business).
  • •Thought leadership with ability to drive innovation and impact.
  • •Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills for data-driven decision making.
  • •Structured stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs.
  • •Experience with financial modelling and PnL analysis; experience using SQL, BigQuery, Looker, and Tableau is strongly preferred.
