Job Summary

Design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing assembly and test systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality. Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, and industrial control systems; support equipment installation and commissioning. Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures, develop control documentation, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement, safety compliance, and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
•Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, robotics, and industrial control systems.
•Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment.
•Analyze manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Develop electrical schematics and control documentation, and lead capital automation projects while supporting training and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
•3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, industrial controls, or process engineering.
•Experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or similar).
•Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, or DeviceNet.
•Strong understanding of electrical controls, sensors, actuators, servo systems, and VFDs.
