Key Responsibilities

  • •Define safety specifications by identifying safety requirements to develop a solution with controlled risks.
  • •Provide domain expertise during development to influence design decisions.
  • •Support software development teams to reach defined software safety levels.
  • •Prove or validate design conformity proofs against identified safety requirements.
  • •Create the safety service cost estimates for offers and conduct studies within allocated budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge in electronics/ electromechanics/ hydraulics / Software Assurance
  • •Fluency in English for specification writing, non-conformity reports and frequent communication with clients and suppliers
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in Safety management and software safety for complex systems
  • •Experience with Safety management standards (MIL-STD 882, DEF STAN 00-56, ARP 4754, CEI 61508 or other functional safety standards)
  • •Engineer in Risk Management, Functional Safety or Software Assurance with ability to understand and analyze complex systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
