Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate supply chain and logistics functions including material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
  • •Coordinate and integrate flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers.
  • •Ensure inventories are secure, properly identified and accessible to authorized personnel; manage counts and reconcile with records.
  • •Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production and sales to meet project requirements; manage inbound/outbound logistics for sufficient supply of goods and products.
  • •Perform detailed inventory analysis and support site/workspace analytics to optimize material availability on site.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant post-education
  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Experience in an inventory controls role and in supervising personnel
  • •3-5 years of quantifiable experience in Supply Chain Management practices
  • •Proficiency with Office 365, with emphasis on Excel (Advanced Excel beneficial)
