Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and monitor the crude condensate splitter unit, adjusting process parameters to maintain quality and production targets.
  • •Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and EHS policies, including OSHA requirements and site-specific safety procedures.
  • •Use SCADA and Yokogawa DCS to monitor parameters, respond to alarms, diagnose issues, and coordinate troubleshooting/maintenance support.
  • •Record operational data (temperature, pressure, flow, composition) and maintain documentation for compliance and incident records.
  • •Serve as a first responder to abnormal operating conditions, follow emergency response procedures, and conduct routine inspections with maintenance support.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Process Technology (preferred).
  • •3+ years of experience in refinery or petrochemical operations, ideally with a crude condensate splitter unit or similar.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations and emergency response requirements; HAZWOPER training preferred.
  • •Proficiency with DCS/SCADA control systems and ability to analyze process data to troubleshoot issues.
  • •Valid state driver’s license (and be insurable), plus ability to meet emergency response and physical/respiratory fitness requirements for SCBA use.
