Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality for assigned substations projects.
  • •Provide QA/QC for deliverables and support project reporting and proposal development.
  • •Direct detailed design of medium to HV substations including one-line diagrams, SCADA, grounding, and structure details; coordinate inter-disciplinary design.
  • •Mentor and train junior staff, ensure adherence to client standards and QA/QC processes.
  • •Coordinate construction support and site visits, including occasional travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience delivering design deliverables for capital projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • •Proficiency in electrical engineering principles and design/build processes, permitting, and project-related issues.
  • •Strong knowledge of infrastructure design and integration with adjacent disciplines (P&C, SCADA, telecom).
