Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain HSE management systems and review GAP processes to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  • •Advise plant leadership on updates/changes to applicable regulations and standards, maintaining focus on Absolute Safety First Rules.
  • •Oversee day-to-day HSE activities of direct reports, ensuring performance goals and compliance.
  • •Coordinate and drive improvements and action plans to meet compliance targets.
  • •Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership and participation in Safety First discussions, Learning Teams, and Safety Differently ethos across sites.

Key Requirements

  • •IOSH qualification is Ideally preferred
  • •Good knowledge of relevant national Health, Safety & Wellbeing laws and regulations
  • •Excellent communication skills to engage and influence at all levels
  • •Motivated self-starter who can drive projects and implement solutions
  • •Good knowledge of HSE management systems and ability to interpret data
