Create motion and video storytelling for Agoda’s B2B and B2B2C marketing channels, shaping creative concepts from ideation through delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visuals while maintaining brand consistency and evolving creative capabilities through emerging AI tools.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Develop creative assets for B2B and B2B2C marketing channels, including social media, PR, display advertising, sales enablement, and digital experiences.
•Create motion graphics, animations, and videos, delivering engaging visual storytelling across multiple formats, languages, and platforms.
•Own the end-to-end creative process from ideation and storyboarding through production and final delivery.
•Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate concept development, storyboarding, generation, editing, adaptation, and production workflows.
•Present and pitch creative concepts and executions to managers and key stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in motion design, graphic design, content creation, advertising, or a related creative discipline.
•A strong portfolio showing excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, and commercially deployed AI-assisted creative work.
•Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, motion principles, editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
•Advanced proficiency with creative tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software.
•Experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing using platforms such as Runway, Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, or GPT Image.
