•Own paid acquisition end-to-end, including strategy, targeting, budget, creative briefs, and measurement.
•Design and ship AI-native systems that compound across creative production, lifecycle automation, attribution, and other workflows.
•Write, produce, and test direct-response creative such as hooks, scripts, and landing-page copy.
•Oversee SEO and content by partnering with an SEO agency and in-house team to grow organic acquisition.
•Define and own the attribution model and drive full-funnel outcomes tied to incremental business results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 188,300 annually

•5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or marketing engineering at a consumer SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or DTC company, with experience owning a growth number and hitting targets.
•Think in systems and loops, building workflows that run themselves rather than repeating the same campaign work.
•Have shipped AI-native systems in production that handle edge cases and improve over time.
•Write copy and produce direct-response creative that performs, including hooks and landing pages that convert.
•Own attribution end-to-end by building, defending, and updating a model that ties spend to incremental business outcomes.
