Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and actively participate in sourcing operation roles, including product creation (costing, materials, product testing).
  • •Support tactical and production planning activities and participate in manufacturing functions, including quality and manufacturing excellence.
  • •Shadow senior sourcing leaders and interact with internal stakeholders and third parties while contributing to daily team duties.
  • •Provide concrete support to assigned departments and report regularly to a senior mentor for coaching and feedback.
  • •Help maintain responsible sourcing and purchasing compliance with adidas standards, legal requirements, and internal/external process management.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills (including presentation and efficient note-taking).
  • •Analytical skills with the ability to support reporting and data collection.
  • •A willingness to learn, attention to detail, curiosity, and discipline.
  • •Preferred education/training: MA in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or MBA; vocational training in a multinational organization is preferred.
  • •Ability to relocate at the company’s request; additional languages are advantageous (German, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia).
