Key Responsibilities

•Own growth across a portfolio of accounts, building trusted relationships that expand advertiser revenue and long-term opportunities.
•Lead high-impact client engagements to identify new prospects, uncover campaign opportunities, and shape how brands use TikTok.
•Develop data-led narratives, presentations, and sales proposals translating client objectives into TikTok growth strategies.
•Identify clients' biggest business challenges and mobilize internal cross-functional teams to solve them with TikTok creative, media, and commerce solutions.
•Manage pipeline and partnership progress from early conversation through execution and measurable business impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships across brand eCommerce, adtech platforms, or performance campaign agencies.
•Strong understanding of the local and global media ecosystem.
•Strong commercial instincts with excellent communication and presentation for building trusted client relationships.
•Ability to plan and manage significant advertising budgets and campaigns.
