Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and hands-on lead further development within a technical area such as deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing in existing infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate a project team of 3–4 people and arrange collaboration with other teams and units within RTB House.
  • •Ensure the reliability and scalability of the solutions built.
  • •Specify and develop complex projects, taking ownership of technical areas and related communication.
  • •Drive design and implementation of distributed system solutions and improve performance in production.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent understanding of how complex IT systems work, from hardware through software to algorithms.
  • •Ability to proactively define requirements, ask appropriate questions, and balance technical constraints with business needs.
  • •Ability to lead the design and implementation of a solution in distributed systems and concurrent programming contexts.
  • •Experience leading project teams and coordinating work with other teams and units.
  • •Extensive programming experience with readiness to implement key system elements and participate in code reviews, with C1 English and Polish.
