Own end-to-end analytics projects that uncover customer intelligence to guide Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities across the customer lifecycle. Drive exploratory, investigative analyses using SQL and data context, translate ambiguous business questions into actionable approaches, and collaborate with program managers, data scientists, and data engineering to operationalize insights. Present data storytelling to stakeholders and build scalable reporting to track progress on key initiatives.
