Director – Supplier Account Management

Lead global supplier account strategy and execute end-to-end sourcing excellence by building resilient supplier ecosystems. Drive commodity strategies, governance for supplier performance, and executive-level supplier relationships, while owning complex global negotiations and contracting. Mitigate geopolitical, regulatory, and capacity risks and ensure compliance with ethical sourcing standards. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and NPI to enable supplier qualification and new product material readiness using tools like SAP and Ariba.
