Job Summary

Own key FP&A reporting processes (including Risk/forecasting), ensuring recurring reports are accurate, timely, and stable across daily to quarterly cycles. Perform revenue and variance analysis to support decision-making, identify process gaps, and drive automation improvements in reporting tools and data flows. Implement initiatives using Excel, VBA, and SQL-based solutions, troubleshoot reporting issues, and partner with stakeholders to enhance outputs and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Own selected reporting processes (e.g., Risk/Forecast), including execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
•Ensure stability, accuracy, and timeliness of recurring daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
•Perform revenue and variance analysis to support decision-making.
•Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; design and implement improvements in reporting tools and data flows.
•Drive automation initiatives, troubleshoot reporting/data/system issues, and manage month-end data validation and documentation/knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
•Several years of experience in FP&A / reporting / finance operations.
•Fluent English (C1).
•Advanced Excel experience (must have) with strong ownership/accountability mindset.
•Experience with reporting and automation (e.g., VBA; SQL preferred).
