Machine Operator I - Hiring Event

Operate winders and support production lines by adjusting equipment settings, running at least nine blown lines, and performing routine quality and weight checks against work orders and skid plans. Maintain scrap reduction goals by cutting, separating, and refeeding scrap, assist with maintenance during breakdowns, and package finished goods using labels, pallets, and trays while meeting housekeeping, safety, and EHS expectations. May assist in training packers and coordinate shift readiness.
