Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python), including conducting A/B tests and causal analyses to assess product impact.
  • •Experience setting KPIs with Product Managers and other Analysts, monitoring effects on conversion, stickiness, and engagement.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills with a bias to action, able to structure and drive work on high-impact opportunities.
  • •Ability to take ambiguous, open-ended problems, structure them, and solve them using first-principles thinking.
  • •Nice to have: experience delivering self-serve analytics using tools like Airflow, dbt, and Looker; plus applied AI/machine learning and predictive modeling; knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem.
