Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans using management and senior technical guidance.
  • •Scope technical feasibility of new products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with SW/HW architects, technical leads, and engineers.
  • •Develop program schedules considering drivers, SW stack components, and HW/FW dependencies; negotiate and create staffing plans supporting the schedule.
  • •Create and maintain program plans and establish formal program management artifacts (plan of record, SOWs, timelines, budget, scope).
  • •Plan for development risks, identify prevention methods, and address risks to save engineering costs.

Salary: USD 163,730 - 280,680 annually

  • •Solid knowledge of technical program management and a track record delivering sophisticated software/hardware programs.
  • •Drive business planning schedules aligned to business strategy.
  • •Ability to define/plan program artifacts including plans, statements of work, timelines, budgets, scope, performance, and quality KPIs.
  • •Experience with requirements management, documentation management, and defect management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering; formal project management education with PMP certification.
