Job Summary

Ensure clients’ IT infrastructure and systems stay operational by monitoring, investigating, and resolving medium-complexity incidents and requests. Review tickets, execute operational tasks, update and audit ticket quality, and restore services in line with SLAs. Handle second-line support, manage shift handovers, coordinate escalations with CoEs, and contribute to automation and change management. Establish client monitoring and support disaster recovery activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client work queues and proactively execute operational tasks.
•Review client requests and tickets, investigating and resolving incidents and problems of medium complexity.
•Communicate with clients and internal teams to restore services swiftly and ensure changes are executed with risk identification and mitigation plans.
•Support shift handover by highlighting key tickets and upcoming critical tasks, and escalate tickets when needed.
•Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks, coach L1/Service desk teams, and contribute to change management and trend analysis.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls (plus familiarity with ticketing tools).
•At least one technical certification in the technologies mentioned above.
•A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or equivalent work experience.
•Strong planning skills to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
•Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures, with active listening and client-centric communication.
