Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in TI’s Career Accelerator Program with professional and technical training to accelerate onboarding.
  • •Work with leaders across the company as part of the global HR team to support talent and capability needs in the semiconductor market.
  • •Explore HR business partner and specialist roles (e.g., recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations).
  • •Complete immersive on-the-job assignments starting from the beginning, supported by formal learning and networking.
  • •After the program, join one of TI’s Human Resources teams and be positioned for important senior roles across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Liberal Arts.
  • •Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA (or higher).
  • •Fresh graduate with zero to less than 2 years of related work experience.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
