Key Responsibilities

  • •Conceptualize, develop, and deploy machine learning models powering NLP, retrieval, ranking, reasoning, dialog, and code-generation systems.
  • •Implement advanced ML algorithms including Transformer-based models, reinforcement learning, ensemble learning, and agent-based systems.
  • •Process and analyze large structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets to inform model development.
  • •Own the full ML lifecycle: problem definition, data exploration, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
  • •Run A/B testing and statistical validation and build automated testing and validation processes; communicate results to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •A Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 2 years of industry experience building and deploying production-level ML models.
  • •Deep understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks, including training and inference of large language models.
  • •Experience building retrieval, ranking, reinforcement learning, and/or agent-based systems for large systems.
  • •Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
