Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • •Provide subject-matter support to customer management teams for sales and shipments, including joint sales visits as needed.
  • •Oversee the full freight shipment lifecycle from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • •Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers, agents, and offices; coordinate RFQs, projects, and tenders with the pricing desk.
  • •Drive freight target and product revenue growth through proactive management, market data sharing, training, and implementation of freight SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, international business, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding with strong knowledge of global trade lanes.
  • •Proven experience in customer service and managing key business clients.
  • •Familiarity with CargoWise (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written communication skills.
