Guide customers through their Lucid purchasing journey as the main point of contact—from needs assessment and product education to test drives and building a sales pipeline in Salesforce. Manage order-to-delivery “desking,” including financing/leasing applications, document/vehicle readiness, registration, and coordination with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams. Deliver clear communication, active listening, and a smooth, memorable client experience in a high-achieving retail environment.
