Job Summary

Own a portfolio of pre-identified product capabilities and packaged Dataiku Business Applications, bridging technical execution and measurable business value. Coordinate market and customer feedback, define and align product roadmap priorities, write user stories and functional requirements, and partner with UX to shape wireframes and user flows. Support engineering through development, coordinate testing against acceptance criteria, and track KPIs post-launch with release readiness materials and demos.

Key Responsibilities

•Build market vision and product space understanding for the portfolio, including targeted market reviews and customer insight exercises.
•Run customer meetings to collect, document, and qualify feedback, and assist with outreach coordination for structured sessions.
•Own roadmap centralization and priorities definition for the scope, aligning stakeholders including SVP Product and VP Engineering.
•Write clear user stories and functional requirements for scoped features, and collaborate with UX/UI to map wireframes and user flows.
•Coordinate pre-launch materials (documentation, release notes, demos), execute basic test plans, and track pre-defined KPIs post-launch.

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience in an agile software development environment.
•Strong product management lifecycle fundamentals, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing a tactical backlog.
•Experience with data tools, analytics platforms, or data science use cases, including familiarity with data workflows and data science concepts.
•Direct experience or familiarity with LLMs/GenAI, AI agents, or building/managing plugin and extension ecosystems is a strong plus.
•Strong organizational and communication skills, with an adaptable, collaborative mindset for international, cross-cultural teams.
