Job Summary

Support global sales initiatives by coordinating complex events and meetings, including logistics, budgeting, vendor/venue contract management, and on-site communication. Execute sales communications by scheduling meetings/training in Outlook, maintaining revenue enablement calendars, and compiling and editing presentation and meeting materials. Also provide project management support for global sales operations through SharePoint organization and reporting on engagement and training metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and coordinate annual global sales leadership meetings, fiscal kick-off meetings, sales incentive trips, and sales training sessions end to end.
•Manage travel and attendee data, including senior executive attendance information, and provide on-site support and communications.
•Build event web registration sites and attendee communications, and manage budget/expense tracking to stay within allocated funds.
•Support sales communications by scheduling meetings and trainings via Outlook, maintaining the revenue enablement calendar, and compiling/proofreading/editing materials.
•Provide project management and administration for global sales operations, including maintaining SharePoint organization and running reports/analytics on success metrics.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•2+ years of meeting and event planning experience for large-scale, complex corporate, government, and/or entertainment events.
•25%+ travel required.
•Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to frequent change and short lead times.
•Demonstrated skills in prioritising, decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication.
•Experience working with top C-Level executives and strong presentation skills.
