Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and coordinate annual global sales leadership meetings, fiscal kick-off meetings, sales incentive trips, and sales training sessions end to end.
  • •Manage travel and attendee data, including senior executive attendance information, and provide on-site support and communications.
  • •Build event web registration sites and attendee communications, and manage budget/expense tracking to stay within allocated funds.
  • •Support sales communications by scheduling meetings and trainings via Outlook, maintaining the revenue enablement calendar, and compiling/proofreading/editing materials.
  • •Provide project management and administration for global sales operations, including maintaining SharePoint organization and running reports/analytics on success metrics.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of meeting and event planning experience for large-scale, complex corporate, government, and/or entertainment events.
  • •25%+ travel required.
  • •Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to frequent change and short lead times.
  • •Demonstrated skills in prioritising, decision-making, time management, and verbal/written communication.
  • •Experience working with top C-Level executives and strong presentation skills.
