Key Responsibilities

•Own the Website Development & Webflow ownership, translating designs into high-fidelity pages and ensuring responsiveness, performance, and SEO readiness
•Lead the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap, design and implement A/B tests, ensure proper tracking and isolated variants, and iterate based on results
•Monitor page performance, usability, and conversion behavior, catching issues and maintaining high-quality standards
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Design to align experiments with business goals and bring design visions to life
•Communicate tradeoffs and constraints clearly while driving growth through a data-driven optimization approach

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of hands-on Webflow experience with the ability to build complex, scalable pages quickly and confidently
•Experience in conversion rate optimization, growth, digital product optimization, or related performance marketing roles, ideally within ecommerce or mobile environments
•Strong analytical foundation with hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
•Demonstrated success improving core metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per visitor, or average order value
•Proficiency with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target) and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
