Key Responsibilities

•Support day to day HRIS operations, including processing standard requests and assisting with system updates under guidance.
•Use ServiceNow to log, track, and update HR requests and workflow cases, maintaining clear notes and handoffs.
•Monitor recurring issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members; execute data audits, support data quality checks, and help maintain system accuracy in Workday.
•Perform initial troubleshooting for Workday issues across modules such as HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking, resolving straightforward issues where guidance exists and escalating more complex issues appropriately.
•Assist with reporting by running standard and ad hoc Workday reports and contributing to requested report enhancements.

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience in HRIS support, or a related HR systems role with Workday.
•Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
•Proficiency with Excel and data validation.
•Good communication and teamwork skills with an eagerness to learn.
•A proactive approach and desire to contribute to process and system improvements.
