Key Responsibilities

  • •Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids aligned to Peloton’s brand.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • •Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile) and adult learning theory.
  • •Experience developing content for all-staff, management, and leadership programs.
  • •Experience designing across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, performance support).
  • •Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) and the ability to manage full course development life cycles independently.
