Job Summary

Design and develop scalable learning experiences for Peloton’s management, onboarding, and skills-based programs. Lead full-cycle instructional design across eLearning, VILT, job aids, microlearning, and blended formats using ADDIE, SAM, and Agile. Create production-quality multimedia in Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe tools, partner with SMEs and People partners, and ensure content is deployed and continually improved via LMS publishing and learner feedback.

•Lead full-cycle instructional design for eLearning, VILT, job aids, microlearning, and blended programs.
•Develop production-quality eLearning and multimedia content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe tools, and AI-based tools.
•Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids aligned to Peloton’s brand.
•Partner with L&D leadership, SMEs, and Talent stakeholders to translate business needs and learning objectives into outcomes-driven content.
•Coordinate LMS upload, testing, deployment, and iterate based on learner feedback and completion data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,600 - 151,850 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or high-growth environment.
•Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, or Agile) and adult learning theory.
•Experience developing content for all-staff, management, and leadership programs.
•Experience designing across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, blended, microlearning, performance support).
•Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) and the ability to manage full course development life cycles independently.
