Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand client input through intake forms and use organization ATS/CRM systems to find matching candidates.
  • •Run discovery calls, qualify client needs, and present Wing’s value with live, vetted candidate introductions.
  • •Close while interest is highest by proposing next steps before the call ends and formalizing the deal in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes.
  • •Maintain a current, taggable candidate bench and pull 2–3 credible matches on short notice.
  • •Confirm candidate availability (T-24h and T-30min), keep backups ready, and finalize compliance/onboarding status post-close.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Has personally run outbound/discovery through to close—not just handed off qualified leads.
  • •Recruiting or sourcing experience with same-day turnaround, not multiday pipelines.
  • •Comfortable improvising live and steering a call, briefing a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot.
  • •Fast and responsive working speed—minutes, not hours.
  • •Ability to finalize compliance and formal matching after a deal closes while keeping CSM/TA aligned on onboarding status.
