Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop production supervisors to ensure departments support continuous improvement strategies and philosophies.
  • •Drive CORE/Continuous Improvement daily with site CI and Manufacturing Engineering leaders to implement lean principles on the shop floor.
  • •Determine, monitor, and improve KPIs, rolling up metrics from cell projects within the area and departments.
  • •Develop and execute strategy and plans for Machining, Brake Chemical Operations, and Assembly areas, including monthly adherence to business objectives.
  • •Ensure robust root cause and corrective actions (DAISE) and create a culture of accountability, data-driven decisions, and continuous problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.

  • •5+ years of experience leading direct reports in a manufacturing environment.
