Key Responsibilities

•Understand and follow all Telemundo San Antonio News and NBC standards and ethics.
•Responsible for multiple newscast production, content, and elements of the shows.
•Be a strong communicator in the newsroom with stakeholders such as VP of News, Executive Producer, Managing Editor, anchors, Digital, MMJs and production crews.
•Coordinate Live Shots and Satellite Remotes during live newscasts.
•Select, assign, write, and organize news stories; write news scripts, headlines, teases and topicals.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
•Minimum of 2 years producer experience
•1 year experience with writing and/or editing and/or producing daily video
•Bachelor’s degree in journalism or media communication or equivalent experience
•Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
