Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, assemble, and configure laboratory test platforms and testing environments based on project specifications.
  • •Set up and maintain laboratory workstations, equipment, and platform infrastructure with engineering teams.
  • •Monitor and manage laboratory inventory, coordinate procurement, and perform inventory audits.
  • •Perform board-level functional testing and debugging; troubleshoot hardware and software issues and validate performance to specifications.
  • •Develop and maintain test plans, maintain lab documentation/logbooks, and prepare technical reports supporting quality and CAPA processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess or be pursuing an Associate's degree or Technical Certificate in Electrical Technology/Electronics (or related) plus 1 year of relevant experience.
  • •Circuit design and troubleshooting experience.
  • •Hands-on use of electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • •Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems administration and troubleshooting.
  • •Advanced English and unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (not eligible for visa/immigration sponsorship).
