•Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
•Effective communication across our internal team to ensure efficiency and a consistent delivery to the client.
•Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
•Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
•Ensure application of best practice on all projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment.
•Background working in design or construction with a mechanical or BMS controls experience.
•AND/OR Background working in a vendor equipment factory supporting quality control processes of mechanical equipment.
•AND/OR Background working in commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment in mission critical data centers.
