Key Responsibilities

•Provide security system support related to upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Collaborate with management and local business units to establish and improve security needs of offices.
•Liaise with third-party vendors and internal IT groups in support of security systems, equipment, and applications.
•Process requests from the identity management system regarding system access.
•Prepare and maintain training materials for security equipment and applications for end users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,500 - 98,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience with physical security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control) and basic HW/SW troubleshooting.
•Ability to monitor, analyze and generate reports related to security systems and incidents.
•Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication skills.
•College degree or relevant work experience; onsite availability five days a week.
•Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
