Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up equipment and tooling, including die setup and adjustments for the forge press, trim press, loader, and related controls.
  • •Operate and adjust forging equipment (forge press, trim press, automatic loader, graphite spray system, and heat induction system) and apply spray lubricant as required.
  • •Perform quality inspection using gauges, SPC tracking, and blueprint reading; visually inspect forgings to detect defects.
  • •Conduct preventative maintenance and inspection checks on equipment and forklifts, and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • •Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S standards, support housekeeping, assist with training, and cross-train/participate in continuous improvement activities.
