Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment, including cleaning, calibrations, inspections, testing, etc.
  • •Manage and perform reactive maintenance as needed
  • •Develop and execute improvement initiatives for minimizing equipment downtime, improving team efficiency, etc.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for production staff on all maintenance issues
  • •Assist the Facilities and Safety Manager in managing various site projects, including meeting with contractors and performing administrative work

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • •1–2 years of leadership experience leading maintenance technicians or maintenance crews.
  • •Experience with preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting programs.
  • •Experience with development of preventive maintenance schedules and familiarity with CMMS systems.
  • •Understanding of basic safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures
