Retail Producing Sales Manager

Manage a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) team to drive mortgage loan production goals and profitability. Lead recruiting, retention, coaching, and development of a productive sales team while executing Truist Mortgage strategy plans. Own sales planning and relationship management with internal and external COIs, ensure adherence to lending policies and compliance requirements, and improve digital client experience throughout the mortgage process. Stay current on local market and product trends and provide recommendations to strengthen lending delivery.
