Location: Montreal

Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Creative Production (Video/Audio/Photo)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day intake, triage, and pipeline routing for dozens of daily character art assets (high-poly, low-poly, textures, rigs, blendshapes) from external vendors.
  • •Partner with internal character art leads and external vendors to set delivery milestones, track SLAs, and ensure timelines are met.
  • •Design and maintain optimized tracking systems (Jira, Shotgrid/Flow Production Tracking, Confluence) to monitor asset lifecycles from concept to engine-ready implementation.
  • •Proactively identify and manage cross-disciplinary dependencies and risks (e.g., ensuring smooth handoffs to Rigging, Animation, and Tech Art).
  • •Facilitate feedback loops and own sprint schedules and status reporting, escalating timeline risks to the Lead Producer as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong, practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies adapted to game production and iterative art work.
  • •Expert proficiency with Jira (custom workflows, automation, advanced filtering) and asset tracking tools such as Shotgrid/Flow, Miro, or Airtable.
  • •Deep understanding of how external development partnerships work, including reading asset specifications and managing vendor milestones and delivery processes.
  • •Ability to communicate and stay effective in ambiguity across technical, creative, and external business teams, while maintaining healthy partner relationships.
